Quote Requests Are Not Contracts

Submitting the quote form sends us an email — it does not create a service agreement, reserve a date, or lock in a price. Any pricing discussed on this site or by our AI assistant is an estimate only. Final pricing depends on an on-site assessment of acreage, terrain, vegetation density, access, debris, permitting, and other project-specific conditions, and is confirmed in a written quote.

AI Chat Assistant

"Timber," our AI assistant, provides general information about our services and may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. It cannot bind us to a price, schedule, or scope of work. For anything that matters, confirm directly with our team by phone or email.

Services

Services such as forestry mulching, land clearing, brush mowing, land development, fencing, sod installation, hydro seeding, lawn care, and small concrete work are performed under a separate written agreement between you and 904 Land Management LLC. Scope, schedule, payment terms, property access, and permitting responsibilities are defined in that agreement, not on this website.
